Why PS3 and Revolution will suck compared to the 360!

Hey, this is a thread so you can post all your reasons for why 360 will reign as king of the console world. Personally I think it's gonna do well because you've got the Revolution who's biggest feature is that you can play games that were made in 1970 for god's sake, and the PS3 that has no online service, gigantic price tag, and no really good games! But anyways any reasons you want can be posted here. Happy typing!

Have you not heard that the Rev's biggest feature is it's supposidly 'revolutionary controller'? Sure, we are yet to see it, but for all we know it could be the best thing since sliced bread.

The best thing since sliced bread has already happened and it is french frys. So i guess the the controller would be the best thing since french frys...

Why does everything have to suck compared to the 360? Its bad for us, the consumer, if there's no competition in the market.

And secondly, never doubt Nintendo. I think they will do quite nicely for themselves in the end.

I do agree that they don't suck they will be good competition but i fell that the 360 will do better than the rest of them, but i mean nintendo? k, i've never seen a company bomb as much as they have! they have NES and people love it, SNES again amazing, then N64 and it loses to the PS, a newcomer's first try, and then the Gamecube which loses again to a newcomer the Xbox, I mean they don't think they need DVD players, online, or anything like that and yet there are very few good games on it. Now with the Revolution, Gamecube's got basically one more good game, The Legend of Zelda , then it's a long wait till 06 or 07 for Nintendo fanboys for the next system. And that whole controller thing of course it's gonna be cool, got's gotta be able to play like every old controller they've ever come out with, but you a system not that great when their big hype is over a controller.... a controller! They are for controlling games, but if the games suck, there's not much to do. I'm sorry but if i really wanna play NES games just bring out the system or buy a new one for like 10 cents or i could wait for a vew more years and dish out like 400 bucks for a new system to play my old games. It just doesn't make sense to me!

The topic heading is "Why PS3 and Revolution will suck compared to the Xbox 360 . Then you don't give a valid reason for why Sony or Nintendo will "suck" compared to Xbox 360 . Then you say they won't suck ? I'm confused

You can't just dimiss the competition if you know nothing about them . No one knows anything about both the Revolution or PS3 and as someone else stated the Revolution controller could be the best thing since sliced bread , fact is we just don't know anything about it so to dismiss the Revolution is just plain silly and the same goes for PS3 .

We need to see more of what the competition has to offer .

If Nintendo were just doing hardware improvements a' la Sony or Microsoft there would be nothing special about the Revolution aside from Nintendo exclusives. With a new controller which could revolutionise gaming, it gives people a reason to go for the Rev. PS3 and 360 will be very similar, so what would be the point in releasing something that won't stand out from the crowd?

Revolution will be different to the PS3 or 360 because of the controller, that's why there is hype around it. Those that have seen it have already given it good words.

actually the hype is playing NINTENDO games with a revolutionary controller, and if u think u can get a working NES for 10 cents, good luck, the whole point is to play NINTENDO games that are really good games with lots of playability and QUALITY gameplay I'd rather play Tetris on my old school Gameboy than Ghost Recon on the XBOX

I don't like these type of topics as they're really fanboyish and even though, i think the 360 will be the best out of the 3 console, i say each will have it's own wow factor in their own way and that the ps3 could still hit us with some amazing games and graphics, the rev with retro titles is great as a lot of people love the old nintendo games and grew up playing them, plus i bet the rev controller will be something very special with maybe and i'm only speculating force sensitive touch feed back were you actually feel everything and how it feels for real as in real life, also how it reacts to your movement say when you throw a ball you do it like you do in real life. It will be something special.
