My Crackdown question!!

Is it just me or can you only play through the main game of Crackdown once?
Is the anyway of stating the game over fresh cause i cant seem to work it out.
Also whats the deal with all the characters been given upgrades once you have leveled up one of them that just sucks!!!!

as far as i know on the title screen theres an option to include all of the gangs in your game again.

Don't revive dead threads...But to contribute I can say, go to memory in the dash and go to Crackdown and delete the main save.

go on campaign and highlight "play now solo" the move ur stick to the right and there will be an option "play now solo, resurrect gangs"
