Default ??? Re: Moving Xbox 360 from USA to UK

My daughter will be moving from Texas to the UK next month.
She lives/breathes everything Xbox 360. What are the issues involved in her taking her beloved 360 with her to England? I know that there are power differences (220v-50 cycle vs 110v-60 cycle) and likely TV differences (PAL vs NTSC). I think (hope) her Xbox 360 power adapter can accommodate the electrical difference with a simple plug adapter but am not sure about the TV connection.
Any input/help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Fred M3
