In the level where u got 2 protect your teammate while he collects info of the computer i am stuck could someone help

theres at least 4 levels where u have to do that, please could you be more specific as i may be able to help

I am talking about the first time, the part in the theatre and your on stage protecting him while he gets the info. maybe we can do co-op? PS have u play the teaser demo 4 BLACKSITE:area 51.

yeah i know the part you mean, thats probably the part of the game that gave me the most trouble, whatever you do make sure you defend from the stage and not the suspended walkway above as there is a sniper who can see you buy you cant see him. when your defending on the stage i'd advise that you went behind the crate on the left of the computer and sent your guy to use the machine gun on the right. take the sniper out first whos right at the very top of the structure in the centre because he does the most damage to the computer, then take out the other balcony guys and then the ones on the ground, use your grenades as much and as accurately as you can (only when you can take out like 2-3 guy with 1 grenade) it takes a while to do, as i'm very good at vegas but this part took me like 20 tries (although i was shooting from the walkway for like the first 15 and gettting killed by the sniper), oh and if your guy on the machine gun gets taken down just leave him and dont heal him until he's about to die, just keep shooting because going to him wastes time and he hardly kills anyone anyway + he gets killed all the time so he'll just hold you back. i hope this helped

oh yeah, and i played blacksite this morning and thought it sucked really bad, played thru the game once and then deleted it.

The way I beat it was opposite of Alex. Sorry Alex.

Once the guy starts to download information from the computer, Stay on the stage, and check/send your teammate to the left of the stage on the other side of the computer. He should be posted up behind the crate, so he is protected. The difference is that instead of your teammate using the machine-gun... YOU USE the machine-gun. Like Alex said, he sucks, and barely kills anyone anyways. I found that he does the most help at the left side, while you man the machine-gun yourself. This allows for more accurate(if you're good), heavy firepower that can make short work of the enemies that pop out in the seats, the balconies, and doorways.

Make sure you keep your eyes open, and kill everyone that shows up. You don't want them shooting at the dude downloading from the computer, and you definately do not want bullets blowing the computer up(usually happens first- which fails the mission). You doing the machine-gun yourself allows you the best control of the action/firepower, ability to think on the fly, while your teammate backs you up.

NOTE: Once you beat this part, make sure you watch out when you climbed the ladder up. There is a sniper that will kill anything that moves up there. Shoot at the doorway he's at, from the side you went up.

Really? I got it on the first try. I found that using it myself, I could kill the things that were immediate threats, and could kill systematically & strategically. While when my partner was on it would shoot like a blind goon.

But really, I guess there is a certain beauty to this post. Which makes games like these especially enjoyable. There is no RIGHT or WRONG way! Both suggestions are equally as valid, and both could seriously work.
