How good is it?

I just got Ghost recon for 360. How good is it because i haven't been able to play it yet.

look at the other threads on the recon....but its freakin awesome....once you get used to it.

im picking it up soon. i just wanted to call first to confirm they r in stock but best buy doesent like to answer their phones(i called about 10 times)

yeah, once you master all of the controls, it's really really really fun.
for some stupid reason, i kept pressing in the left analog stick whenever i wanted to exit cover, so i'd end up crouching instead. little things like that...learning how to quickly change camera position, how to scroll through the cross-com quickly and issue orders, etc. so, once all of this becomes natural to you, then the game is excellent.

couldn't have said it better.... my biggest thing was not pullin the left trigger to aim...kept getting waxed one on one.

Well, when I posted earlier I was in school,so I kinda couldn't play it at the time. What happened was that my step-dad went out and bought it the night before and he wouldn't let us play until we got home from school(considering he told us about the game when we only had about 5 minutes left until we had to leave) well now that i have played it though i can see why its so good.

i started having some trouble with live the a day before i got ghost recon so i ahven played live yet. is it as good as its supposed to be?

No - its BETTER!! Playing on Live till very early this morning, and its as good if not better than the single player. Very, very good.
