i wanted to know if for the multiplayer local game. If you can play with buddies in over the shoulder view because we only seem to play in first person?

Yea, you can play either. Just pause the game, go to game options and change it there.

in local split-screen i never seen the option while playing to change view. I change it before playing Vs friends in my home and still it will show first person view. Xbox360

the ingame option only shows invert,action music,bloodeffects,and brightness.
It doesn't show me how to change the view to over the shoulder. I've been trying for a while now and nothing happens.

i think 1st person view is the only view you can use while playing split-screen. Its not to bad, you get use to it after awhile. Ive been playing a lot of split-screen and its kind of hard for me when I go back to the single player views.

SPlitscreen with 3rd person is horrible because the character would block alot of the screen, it was smart of them to take it out.

i too would like to be able to change the view in split screen, but i do see why they made it first person. obviously for more space, but c'mon Ubi... at least show us the guns and player animations (ie, moving arms while running, etc.). i love to be able to see my weapon up close as i'm sending shrapnull thru my buddies sitting beside me :P lol

My bad, you guys are right. I didn't see the "Local" part of this question.
