National Championship Predictions

Who do you think is going to win: LSU or Ohio State? I think LSU has the edge. Personally, I think the Buckeyes are over rated and don't deserve be in the championship game. But without a playoff system I guess we'll never know.

I don't think LSU belongs there. 2 ****ing losses and they looked like **** against Florida, Auburn and Tennessee. The line's only 4 points in what's essentially home field for LSU. West Virgina, Oklahoma or Georgia should have been opposite OSU if you're going to let teams with 2 losses play for the championship. SEC bias FTL.

LSU has the advantage in speed, but they will get out coached. Tressel is a ****ing genius. We'll win and since we have only 2 seniors you'll see this same crew back next year to defend their title.

3 national championship game appearances in 6 years. That's not an accident you SEC ***s.

SEC ***s? I'm not an LSU fan by any means but at least they played their way in and didn't have anything handed to them after a cake schedule like OSU. I'm from Ohio too, I don't have anything against the the Buckeyes other than i think they are over rated this year and didn't earn their way in- and my problems are more with the BCS system in general. But hell, maybe this year you guys will prove you deserve to play for the championship, unlike last year.

Ohio State had a Strength of Schedule of .53 and LSU .57. If the douchebags up north didn't lose to Appalachian State, Oregon and Wisconsin, Ohio State would have a similar SOS. Ohio State's ONLY loss was to a team currently ranked #13 while LSU lost to both Kentucky and Alabama (both 8-5 overall and 3-5 and 4-4 in their conference respectively). The tougher schedule BS doesn't fly, especially in the AP, Harris, Coaches and BCS polls. Compare the number of 1st place votes. AP...Ohio State (50), LSU (11), Coaches poll...OSU (46), LSU (11), Harris...OSU (98), LSU (7).

Yea the "experts" sure do love the SEC. My main argument is that there should be a playoff system. It seems that every year at least one, if not both of the teams are a questionable choice. Once again, no offense towards OSU, they are a good team. And one of the more dominant programs in college football year in and out.

No one's come up with a good plan to do away with the bowl system. I'd be in favor of it. The lack of a Big Ten championship game means we wait 6 weeks between the annual drubbing of U of M and playing in the biggest game of the year. You saw what that did to us last year.

Even if they kept the BCS ranking system and just took the top 4 or 8 teams i think it would be an improvement.

Who the **** roughs the kicker? The good news it that it looks like a 4 team playoff system is in the works. The bad news is we won't see it before the 2010-2011 season.
