Default Intec Announces Accessories for Xbox 360

Quote:
Intec announced today its new line-up of accessories designed exclusively for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft. The line-up, which offers a full complement of products, including items such as a vertical stand, TFT screens, aluminum protective cases, an A/V selector, and game holder - all of which are set to enhance the gamer’s experience when using the new console - will be available on retail shelves in North America on November 4, 2005, the expected launch date for Xbox 360.

Perfect for the mobile gamer, Intec’s TFT Screens for Xbox 360 come in an 8” model (G8601 / MSRP: $169.99) and a 9.2” model (G8600 / MSRP: $199.99). Each unit provides top-of-the-line graphics and sound in one compact unit and each folds flat onto the 360 for easy storage. These screens deliver top-quality graphics resolution to match the 360’s high-end processors.

The A/V Selector & Storage unit (G8618 / MSRP: $39.99) for 360 features four inputs in addition to the Xbox 360. This unit comes with two integrated storage compartments to store the remote control, memory cards and various accessories, and includes component video connections for higher quality video demanded by high-definition TVs. The A/V selector also features Internet-ready jacks.

Next, the Vertical Stand w/ Game & Memory Storage (G8645 / MSRP: $19.99) for 360 allows users to secure their Xbox 360 in a vertical position while at the same time displaying their selection of favorite games. The vertical stand front is finished with a chrome look to match the new 360 and stores up to 10 game cases and 2 memory cards.

Customized for the Xbox 360, Intec’s Pro Gamer’s Case (G8660 / MSRP: $39.99) features compartments specifically designed to fit the new Xbox 360 and protect it while on the go. It features separate compartments for 2 controllers, attachments, and even games. For the 360 gamer on the go, Intec also offers its 10-CD Aluminum Case (G8664 / MSRP: $14.99), which allows users to store up to 10 game discs…it perfectly matches with the Pro Gamer’s Case for 360!

Lastly, Intec’s Game Holder (G8665 / MSRP: $14.99) for Xbox 360 allows users to organize their 360 games in a neat vertical stack. This game holder holds up to 10 game cases and is styled to match the look of the new Xbox 360.

yeah, i posted it that day it came out. the funny thing is, i was thinking Nov. 22 for the u.s. since January, but no one believed me.

It just made the most sense, and i think it's the perfect time to launch the console.

Yeah, it's not bad. Right before Christmas with no competition. It couldn't get sweeter for M$.

Umm... It says they're only 8" and 9 1/2"

I'm pretty sure this is intended for portable use (ie car etc). So if you plan on playing with your 360 permenantly on a screen less than a foot big, then no I guess you won't have to buy an HDTV.
