Anyone Picking up the "Orange Box"?

Just reminding everyone that this amazing game comes out tomorrow and our full review will be up this week, I have been playing it about a week now and it is WELL worth the 60 bucks. Hell, Team Fortress 2 is worth about 50.00!

HELL YES(when out here) Its a true FPS experience. not like a certain crappy game realised last month. TeamFortress 2 is god himself, best game live will ever see. I pity those who dont get it.

It really does seem like a good deal for what you're buying.. I've been a fan of Half Life 2 right from the start. If you are too, you really can't go wrong here.

Plus, Team Fortress 2 has this original feel to it, very unique stuff.

I'll still probably wait for a review before I make the purchase, just to be on the safe side.

its a 5 in 1 disc that ive heard has half life 2 and episodes 1 and 2, team fortress 2 and a puzzle game i forgot the name of. all for the same price of 60 bux.

portal, that is the name of that other game.
i am strongly debating buying it. I have had half life 2 for, well, since it came out on the PC. i don't know how far i ever got into the game...past the beach with the monster bugs and then you can control them...some night mission after that. i don't like steam on my computer. plus, thinking that it may look better on the 360 then it ever did on my pc. but i bought episode 1 and haven't played it on the pc yet...i seem to keep buying games for the 360 that i have for the pc.

I'll probably just play Halo 3 for the next 4 months..... Then i will be a master and all will fear me and THEN, I may buy something perhaps a gears of war 2 will be out by then

havnt seen a review that has given it under 95% yet.

Its all about Team Fortress for me,
Team Fortress invented class kits in online games, TF2 will be fu***** class.

Orange box is best FPS on any system by FAR, im nearly bored of halo3 anyway, most the gamemodes are retarded and I like about 3 maps rest are pap. Also to much jumping and melee attacks for it to be a proper FPS game.

Is a bit *** that 360 is 8v8 and not 16v16 like PC version, but the fact xbox live is total crap and theres no dedicated servers explains this.

well I pre ordered the orange box a few weeks ago now. Please note that this is for the PC so any comments are general comments of the game and not 360 specific.

I have been a half life fan since the first one came out. Played through it and picked up the HL2 special edition when it came out and played through that, along with enjoying counter strike: source which brought back memories of my university days and wasting many hours on the original. I kind of missed the whole "episode one" deal with HL2 so when i saw the orange box i had to pick it up. Played through episode 1 which i thoroughly enjoyed, and have been playing the TF2 beta for a couple of weeks. Its a really fun game and you can choose how to play based on what class you choose. I enjoy being a spy and stabbing pricks in the back, its brilliant, but if i just feel like blowing crap up soldier is fun as well as heavy. Also can play more of a support role by being a medic and running around healing ppl or choosing an engineer and building gun turrets and dispenser units to resupply you and your team.

Anyway now that episode 2 is unlocked for me I'll have to get back into the single player groove and finish that off. Portal seems pretty unique so far but have only managed to play through half an hour of it or so.

For me anyway, all these games just suit PC style better, but I'm sure they will all kick as much ass on the 360 as well !
