Default hilariously pathetic

my console broke about a week after christmas. i had no warranty. msoft wouldnt fix it. i tried to fix it on my own 8 times atleast. i got so many crappy answers to the problem. I just wiped some crap off the engine that runs the disc reader laser that was bugging me, and now it works. WTF IS WRONG WITH THIS!?!?!. msoft wanted 125 buck to wipe some friggin crusty grease off my xbox!!! it took about 2 seconds, and now it works!!!!. it was abou the size of a pin tip.

what was the initial problem? if it was the xbox not reading disks then i might need to do the same because some disks take about 10+ attempts before the xbox will read them

i don't really want to stick up for MS, but they can't charge each individual person by the exact time/materials used to fix each system. what company does? it's not like they're gonna give each system a discount that takes only a 30 second fix. and yeah i know they are greedy bastards that should all burn in hell so save me.
