I want it for LIVE mainly, and it's sure to have awsome games with great graphics.

I wasnt sure if "for the online community" was covered by any of the choices - so I went for Other. Im still not sure if I am getting one, but if I do, it will be so I can beat Grumpy at something and then rub his nose it in verbally.

I'm getting 360 for the games and the online experience. FFXI sums it up from me, I'd like to experience what a real mmorpg feels like, not just watching it on some anime series (.hack//sign)

For everything basically it does everything, has great features but its still a game system and for a low price and with great games, unlike PS3. Its meant for like super nerds and stuff I mean 8 USB outlets what the f**k is that? And it loks like a grill. I was at the sony forums the other day spying on those cheap bastards this ***** is like "PS3 ugly? Xbox 360 is the one that's ugly" What is she blind?

OK calm down... leave the PS3 bashing alone and cut the language plz. We dont want that kind of thing on this site. We dont want to start another Flaming War.

Anywayz... im getting one for the same reasons most are online and great games, but the main reason im getting 1 over the PS3 is because i prefered my xbox over my PS2 and im hoping i will enjoy the next gen version just as much.

same reason I get any system I buy, the games, I honestly could care less who makes a system if its got a game I want on it then I'll buy it. Which is why I'll end up getting a PS3 too for some of the games I can only get on it. Course for online I'd say 70% of my time will be on the xbox360 for online gaming just as I'm used to it. I dont do any online for PS the rest I do on the PC for online gaming.

I'm buying for other reasons. I'm big fan on Xbox. My Nintendo days are over. I never liked playstation. So I'm sticking with my Die-Hard Xbox.

um my reason is that its the first outta the gate i mean ill end up with both cuz i love xbox and playstation equally but i want next -gen and i want it now there for xbox 360 in november

I will be buying as I am a gamer and I enjoy playing games.
Also it Xbox have offers the best online system this generation and I can only see it getting better for the next.

After playing Ps2 online it has a lot of improving to do to cacth up with the current Xbox never mind the 360.
The ps3 is going to need a paid subscription if it stands a cat in hell chance!

I voted other becase It's pretty much all of the choices in one.
Heres a rather long-winded explaination. (because I'm bored OK)
Ok, here goes.
I am going to buy a Nintendo Revolution anyway but Sony and Microsoft always seem to get games that are not on the Nintendo systems, So I want to get rather a 360 or a PS3.
Due to the smaller price tag, better looking console(IMO) and better exclusives (Halo 3,Fable 2 ect.) I choose the 360.

Im going to buy it for the games i mean think about it there will be heaps of cool games for the 360 like TES Oblivion , Halo 3 just to name a few .Plus Halo 3 will be awsome on Xbox live.

At first, I was going to get it because of TESIV: Oblivion. Then I read about Gears of War...and Ninety-Nine Nights....and PGR...and a whole other list out the whazoo.
