Default Ethernet Cable

Does anyone know the length of the cable MS gives you?
I'm thinking its the same as the original Xbox, but I don't have one so I wouldn't know...

I actually don't even know if MS provided a cable for the original one

The original Xbox did not come with one, and by that I mean the first Xbox version that was released in Nov.`01. Not sure about today's models, though. I did get [gift] an 8mg memory card with an 8ft cross-over cable.

The Xbox 360 does come with an ethernet cable, but I don't recall any lengths mentioned. I would expect a 6ft length, but hope for 10ft or more.

It's probably a crossover cable... not an ethernet... So it's been mirrored and will not work in a router... Just like the Xbox Link Cable... Not sure though

OK the system link cable is a bit weird . it's an ethernet cable costing 30.00$ (the official) but you could actualy take an ethernet cable and connect xb2xb

Im pretty sure you need a cross-over cable in order to connect two xbox's not an ethernet. Shiz, I need at least 10 ft for the cable.
