PC LCD questions

Hello,

I have some questions about the best way to hook a 360 to my 1680 x 1050 LCD linky What I want to know is should I go for a VGA cable, HDMI to DVI, or component? ANd what settings will look best? Also is 1680 x 1050 coming as a settable resolution in the nest update as I saw here Link

I have the sound figured out for all of my options (I think)

I'd go HDMI -> DVI.

Also, that second link you sent me a was a petition...that means nothing. Whilst it should be too much of a task for Microsoft to code the ANA scaler in the Xbox 360 to output in those 16:10 PC resolutions...I dunno if they'll do it.
