How to get a person/Tracking Number

So I sent my XBox in a couple of weeks ago for repair, and I checked the status over the phone and it says it shipped "Please allow up to 5 days for delivery". Well, it's now been 6 days and I would like to know if it's even close.

So I call XBox but I just get thrown around the recording system and I can't get a freaking human being.

Does anyone know where to call/what to do to actually talk to an operator so I can get them to check the order or give me my UPS tracking number?

i can't help personally because we're in different countries and he have a different process over here, but ask friedkarma, i know he sent his in over the christmas period and i'm pretty sure he tracked the package

1800-4-myxbox call them and that recording guy named max will come on. you need to say system repair and then say check status. if it cant find ur status then it will transfer you to a humanoid

actually its pretty easy to get ahold of an actual person. i too just called that number to try and check the status of my xbox and i couldnt get what i was lookin for and i couldnt figure out how to get to a person. so i was like hmmm what could i say that the electronic system might register and actually take me to a person so i was like "Operator", and it connected me right away to an actual person

. granted his name was Benji and probably located in bangladesh lol, he was quite helpful

all ya gotta do is say start new repair and when ya talk to a person tell em you wanna check the status of ur repair.

I didn't track it, but I got a door tag when I wasn't home the first time they tried to deliver it. They use FedEx or UPS 3 day service. Remember, weekends don't count.
