Posts: 38   |  Class Action Lawsuit anyone?? Well guys and gals, Most of us are into our 360 set-ups at least $500. I have had 3 "repair cycles" in less than 2 years. The COD4 "update" killed my unit a month ago. I am contacting an attorney regarding a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT on behalf of ALL Xbox 360 owners. Best, Gunny |
