Windows Media Connect

Well just curious if any of you have used this on windows XP yet for any other device (of course I'm guessing it only works with things the way Media Center does such as those 3 devices on the site) I'd never even heard of this little program until I listened to Major Nelson's latest blogcast and a caller asked the question "so I use windows XP and dont have media center as an OS does that mean I can't stream music/pics?" and the Major said that you in fact CAN stream music and pictures (he was making a point to say you couldn't do video without Media Center but oddly this program does mention videos after I downloaded and installed it so I'm curious to see if it works especially since when you look at the site it does say "video" hunh) but anyways I downloaded it and have it on my comp now for XP of course I can't test it since I dont have the 360 yet lol. But for anyone else that didn't know like myself this is good news as now I dont have to worry about getting a media center PC just to stream my music to my 360 (since I didn't want to just always plug in my ipod) so yeah if anyone has any experience with the program let me know. From the way he talked about it its rather new as if it just came out as an add on for XP
