Talking Inside the 360 and HDD!

AnandTech got a hold of a premium 360 package, AND OPENED IT! The pics are nice and detailed, and there are not additional arrows on them.

Funny part is...... with all of the talk about the unit OVERHEATING.... those picks clearly show the Majority of the Vent Holes in the Top and Bottom (If sitting Vertical - Drive at top) The CPU (chip itself) is at the bottom. This would mean that if you lay the unit in the horizontal position and point a fan at the right side (if the unit is facing you) the CPU would get all of the air flow.... and then it would be directed (pulled via internal fans) across the CPU, meaning Cooler Running XBOX360.

HmmMmMmMm - I have to rethink my Cooling Mod Design now!
