It should just pull off,if that doesn't work then throw it against the wall that should get it off.

wtf to scraed, is just ripped mine off, sure the 360 had 3 redlights and exploded but at least i got my facelate off

on the bottom there is a small notch where you are supposed to pull from, just keep pulling out and it will un-snap. I think they should have had the plat rest at the top, but they didn't. Instead they put a curved plastic mold that you have to hope doesn't break off, but most likely won't break anyway.

Your all wrong.Your suppost to put your thumb in the usb port ,and with the other hand squeeze the bottom together then pull out with your thumb to pull the bottom out then the rest should just pull off.

Thats what I did. I used my thumb in the USB port and pulled until that side clicked off. Then pulled the other side off. I was worried about pulling hard, but in the end it just popped off.
