Posts: 3   |  2 consoles 1 gamertag Hello. I am new to the community, but not new to Xbox. A few months ago my console got the red ring of death. While it was away being fixed i bought a new 360. ( I couldnt wait). I now have two. One for the bedroom and one for the living room. My question is, can i use the same gamertag or will i have to setup a new XBL account? Thank you, Ryan |

Posts: 244  | Pretty sure you can but I don't know the specifics of it since I tried it with a friends but it was during the time xbl was at its worse and I could login to his account but It didn't show any of his friends, and his gamerscore was random among all the games. Weird. And you would have to keep recovering it back and forth and if its only you playing you could just take the hard drive with you, but it might be a friend your sharing it with so....yea.
