Default Cant renew live subscription ??? why ???

This one has me totally baffled guys

My years live subscription run out two days ago, so everytime i sign in it says "your live account has been suspended due to a payment problem please update your profile @ account management "

Then it takes me to a page that has acc management etc etc ,THEN after two seconds the page disappears


I have searched thru ALL the blades and cant find the acc management option, apparently its in the marketplace blade but the only options i get there are 1 join xbox live
2 sign in
3 recover gamertag


Anyone got any ideas as to how to find this account management page so i can pay by credit card !!!!

You may have to make a phone call. Although its easier, I'd rather not give my CC info to Xbox Live. Cards expire, databases get hacked, etc. I'd say buy a subscription card at retail, and enter the code. It should fix the problem. If that's not a option, call support.

Ok seem to have the problem narrowed down a bit !!

in my gamertag profile, it gives me the acc management option but it says i must be signed into xbox live to make changes
Now the problem is it wont let me sign into live !!! it just stays on the page saying signing in and does nothing !!!!

ive run all the connection tests and it says everything is fine , no connection problems ???

any ideas guys ??

I would go with buying the card, or deal with xbox online or through telephone

yep buy the subscription card it's the easiest way to go without having to mess with PI and your credit card.....

If you use a credit card to subscribe for 12 months it will automatically attempt to renew the subscription at the end of the 12 months. I am suspecting that the credit card info that you originally used is no longer usable but it's still set as the default credit card for your account/profile? This could be causing the problem with your payment for another subscriptions. try changing the credit card info or buy a Gold Membership Card and enter the code. IF you are being totally locked out of your profile or Live and are unable to even get into the Renewel options creent heny ou have to contact Customer Service because they may have you locked or disabled for some reason?
