Posts: 1   |  finding amour im trying to get a ring or anything that can increase atribute so i can use the enchantment glitch so i could get 200 speed and somthing like that. But i cant find one its just that in my way  does anyone no where i can find one. |

Posts: 792  |  I'm glad to help! You just need to go to that place over by the other place. Then you have to carefully search for things that you can find. Then once you find it you have to quickly travel from one place to another and you will be completely satisfied with what you see when you reach your destination. Do you understand? |

Posts: 792 | Sounds like the Boots of Springhill Jack Quest in Oblivion, There used to be a glitch where you went on the quest and found the boots, then you equip them and deliberately get yourself arrested and thrown in jail. Going to jail strips you of all items (except for quest items) which stay in your inventory. The glitch was that you retained the +100 speed boost on your character that the boots had been granting. You could then Escape from prison and equip the boots again to have a total speed boost of +200 (100 of which would now be permanant in your stats.) I knew right away what the newb was talking about, and i'm confident that there are at least several posts about the boots of springhill jack glitch already in the oblivion section of this forum If only the kid had taken the time to do a forum search Last edited by ElderScroller27 : 06-05-2008 at 09:38 PM. |
