what can all be downloaded off live

i want to know what you can all download off xbox live gold or silver, like music? game trailers? videos? anything else?

I think its mainly Xbox game maps, characters (skins) and stuff like that.. altso game trailers, and xbox updates.. I thing they also are planning on adding new updates for xbox backwards compability over time

Also goignt b able to download playsable demos of new games coming out. I think that is an awesome feature.

There is one thing though, some (or many) of the downloads will have to be payed for. i think we are talking about .99 cents or something like that, no big deal.. but still sucks if you dont have a visa.

By the looks of this, you are only paying for the gold if you want to play online.. nothing else.

I think i will stick to the silver for a few monts, and play in the live weekends.. even though it will not be that often.

Updates to the 360 itself!?!?!? Like what? To my knowledge the emulation software would get called on whenever an Xbox game is inserted. At that point, it would check the disk, then the HDD, and then go online. Whichever one has the emulation patch the 360 would use. I don't see skins as updates, so if that's all, I think it should be re-worded.
